| 摘 要： | 随着电力系统和电力市场的进一步发展，输配分开和批发市场的建立是一种必然趋势，这就要求必须制定单独的输电电价和配电电价。如何对输配电科学合理的进行定价，是目前电力市场改革中的难点。文中在综述国内外输配电定价的基础上，对综合成本定价法进行了详细阐述，并给出了其应用场合。
