超细粒子在润滑脂中的应用及展望

摘    要:概述了微米及亚微米粒子载荷添加剂的润滑机理、种类和在润滑脂中的应用,对比论述了纳米粒子润滑机理、种类及其在润滑脂中的应用研究进展。提出应加强纳米粒子在循环系统用半流体润滑脂中的工业应用和自修复功能研究。

Abstract:The lubricating mechanism,varieties of micron and sub-micron particles load-carrying additives and their applications in commercially formulated greases were reviewed.For comparison,the lubricating mechanism,varieties of nano-particles load-carrying additives and their application research progress in greases were outlined also.It was pointed out that the application and self-repairing research of nano-particles in commercially formulated semi-fluid greases which were used for circulatory lubricating system should be strengthened.
