摘    要:采用离散元软件建立了不同石墨含量铜基滑动轴承材料的数值模型,模拟了铜基复合材料与45#钢摩擦副的滑动摩擦过程,探究了石墨含量对铜基轴承材料的抗压强度和摩擦学行为的影响.结果表明:随着石墨含量的增多,材料的抗压强度持续降低;铜基石墨复合材料与45#钢滑动摩擦过程中会在45#钢表面附着转移石墨颗粒,转移石墨颗粒的形成可以有...

Abstract:The numerical models of Cu-based sliding bearing materials containing different graphite content are established by discrete element software.The sliding friction process of friction pair between Cu-based composites and 45#steel is simulated to identify effect of graphite content on compressive strength and tribological behaviors of Cu-based bearing materials.The results show that:the compressive strength of materials continues to decrease with the increase of graphite content;during sliding friction between Cu-based graphite composites and 45#steel,the transferred graphite particles are attached on surface of 45#steel,which effectively reduces wear of Cu-based composites;with the increase of graphite content,the number of transferred graphite particles increases,and the wear decreases first and then increases,the wear of Cu-based composites is the smallest when the volume fraction of graphite is 10%.
