摘    要:探讨了木质素胶黏剂施加量、PMDI施加量、热压温度、热压时间等工艺参数对纤维板性能的影响.结果表明,单独使用木质素胶黏剂制备的纤维板性能不佳,添加一定量PMDI,能有效提高纤维板性能.采用实验室热压机压制无醛纤维板时,当木质素施加40 kg/m3,PMDI添加30 kg/m3,热压温度190 ℃,热压时间20 s/mm...

Abstract:The manufacturing technology of formaldehyde-free fiberboard with lignin adhesive and PMDI was studied.The effects of several factors,such as resin consumption,hot-pressing temperature,and hot-pressing time on formaldehyde-free fiberboard property were discussed.The experiment result showed that the fiberboard property was poor when lignin adhesive was used alone,and property was improved when PMDI was used together,and the fiberboard property met the requirement of LY/T 1611-2011 standard under the following parameters:40 kg/m3 of lignin adhesive,30 kg/m3 of PMDI content,180℃of hot-pressing temperature,and 20 s/mm of hot-pressing time.
