摘    要:金刚石刀具刃口锋利度和刀面表面粗糙度对所加工零件的质量有着重要影响。较好的研磨刀架结构将有助于降低因刀架而产生的振动扰动,获得高质量的刀具刃口。通过改进刀架结构,使刀具刃口锋利度从300 nm提高到了50 nm,表面粗糙度从15 nm提高到了0.5 nm,刀具刃口质量得到了明显改善。

Abstract:The cutting edge radius and surface roughness of diamond cutting tool are important influencing factors on workpiece quality.In order to improve the lapping quality of diamond cutting tools,the vibration interference from the clamp was reduced by optimizing the structure of lapping clamp.Measured results show that the cutting edge radius of lapped diamond cutting tool is reduced from 300 nm to 50 nm,and the surface roughness of rake face is reduced from 15 nm to 0.5 nm.The blade quality of tools is improved evidently.
