摘    要:光学镜片对光轴的同轴度要求高,对模具的定位精度提出严格的要求。但一般来说,模具由于温差而存在金属膨胀问题,难以满足光学镜片光轴同轴度的高要求。如何在常温和高温的转换中保证模具的定位精度,对光学镜片的注塑成型生产工艺来说是一个挑战。针对如何满足数码相机塑料非球面透镜较高的光轴同轴度要求,进行模具结构设计与实验,以指导实际生产,提高制品的质量和成品率。

Abstract:The requirement for axiality of optical axis on optical lens is high,and strict requirement is demanded to the positioning precision of mould.But generally speaking,the temperature difference existing in mould will lead to metal expansion.It is difficult to meet the high requirements of the axiality of optical axis on optical lens.How to ensure the positioning accuracy of mould in normal and high temperature conversion is a challenge for plastic injection process.To meet the higher requirement of the axiality of optical axis on aspheric plastic digital camera lens,the design and the experiments of mould structure were made to guide the actual production and to improve the quality and yield of products.
