三自由度混合电磁轴承的参数设计与控制系统实验研究

摘    要:将永磁铁改为插槽式改进了三自由度混合轴承结构。设计系统的控制器,采用现代工业最常用的控制形式——传统PID控制、非线性补偿PID控制以及基于遗传算法的PID控制方法对电磁轴承的控制效果进行比较研究。利用MAT-LAB中的Simulink模块库对所设计的PID控制参数进行调试整定。结果表明:非线性补偿PID控制明显优于传统的PID控制,基于遗传算法的PID控制方法控制效果最优。

Abstract:The structure of permanent magnet biased hybrid magnetic bearing was changed into inserted permanent magnet.The system controller was designed.The control effects of magnetic bearing were comparative studied by adopting the most commonly used control forms: traditional PID control,non-linear compensation PID control and PID control based on genetic algorithm.The PID parameters were debuged with MATLAB/Simulink.The results show that non-linear compensation PID control is clearly superior to the traditional PID control,and control effect of PID control based on genetic algorithms is optimal.
