基于H.264的嵌入式远程监控系统的设计

摘    要:分析H.264编解码的优越性,设计一套基于嵌入式Linux的远程监控系统。选取S3C2440为主控单元,USB摄像头为视频输入单元,编写视频采集应用程序,调用H.264编码库对图像数据进行压缩,再通过网络传输给PC机,从而实现远程监控。视频采集应用程序采用V4L2接口规范,在优化性能的同时,增强了系统的可移植性。

Abstract:The advantages of H.264 protocol were analyzed,and a remote monitoring system based on embedded Linux system was designed.Selecting S3C2440 as the MCU and USB camera as the video input unit,the video collection application program was compiled.The H.264 library was called to compress the image data,and then they were transmitted to the PC by network,so as to realize the remote monitoring.In video collection application,V4L2 interface specification was used.The system performance is optimized while the system portability is enhanced.
