| 摘 要： | 介绍密闭管道式钢丝热镀锌工艺、设备及技术参数,详细分析镀层的性能和工艺装置。通过与传统热镀锌工艺相比,阐述密闭管道式钢丝热镀锌具有的特点,钢丝在N2保护下感应加热,镀锌线速度提高到150 m/m in以上。熔锌槽的容量约1 t,熔槽处于密封状态,热损失很少,无锌灰和锌渣,是环境友好型的文明生产。

| Abstract: | To introduce process, equipment and technology parameters of sealed pipe type hot galvanizing for steel wire and to analyze in detail property of coat and process devices. Comparing traditional hot galvanizing process, characteristics of sealed pipe type hot galvanizing are set forth. Steel wire is heated by induction on the condition of N~ shielded and galvani- zing speed is improved over 150 m/min. The load of molten zinc tank is about 1 t. The molten tank is sealed and heat loss is small, and has no zinc ash and residue, so the process is friendly environment and civilization production. |
