基于振动的固态物料料位计模块设计

摘    要:工业生产中需要对物料的料位信息清晰掌握,固态物料的料位测量技术难度大、测量成本高、没有液体物料测量系统经验丰富;为了解决工业生产中固态物料的料位测量难题,设计了一种基于振动的固态物料料位计测量模块;该测量模块通过采集振动信号,并将振动信号的频谱峰值及对应的频率和其对应的料位信息进行最小二乘拟合可以得到振动信号频谱峰值及对应的频率与料位的关系;将采集到的振动信号进行频谱计算将特征量代入拟合好的关系式可得到料位信息,该模块选用STM32F103ZET6单片机作为主控单元,ADXL345加速度传感器进行振动信号采集,XTR116电压转电流芯片将料位信息以4~20 mA标准工业电流环的形式输出;该测量模块可以实现可调节时间间隔料位显示,测量误差小于2 cm;该模块成本低,准确率高,满足工业条件下的固态物料料位测量要求.

Abstract:The level information of materials in industrial production needs to be clearly grasped. Level measurement of solid materials due to technical difficulty and high cost of measurement, there is no rich experience in liquid material measurement systems. In order to solve the problem of solid material level measurement in industrial production, a vibration-based solid material level meter measurement module is designed. By collecting the vibration signal, the spectral peak of the vibration signal and the corresponding frequency and its corresponding material level information can be obtained by the least square fitting to obtain the relationship between the vibration signal spectral peak and the corresponding frequency and the material level. Select STM32F103ZET6 microcontroller as the main control unit. ADXL345 acceleration sensor for vibration signal acquisition. The XTR116 voltage-to-current chip outputs the material level information in the form of a 4-20mA standard industrial current loop. A material level system is designed to obtain material level information by collecting vibration signals and performing frequency spectrum calculation. The module has low cost and high accuracy, and meets the requirements of solid material level measurement under industrial conditions.
