摘    要:
介绍了对旭化成自然循环电解槽(NCS)进行的零极距技术改造措施。通过对比,零极距电解槽(NCZ)在电耗等方面优势明显,但在操作上需严格,并实现自动化。

Abstract:
The innovation measures of zero polar distance of natural circulation electrolyzer of Asahi Kasei were introduced. After comparison, the advantages of power consumption of zero polar distance electrolyzer was obvious, but the operation need to be strict, and autocontrol was realized.
