| Abstract: | The following paper analyzes the condition of the project before reconstruction,introduces overall planning concept of park from planning range and area,park planning positioning and planning objective,and discusses its concrete implementation and social and economic benefits brought about by that,in order to show the validity of the project carrying out urban infrastructural construction with urban business ideas. |
