部分端板连接梁柱组合节点抗弯承载力计算

摘    要:目的对部分端板连接梁柱组合节点进行弹塑性分析,提出此类节点塑性抗弯承载力的计算方法.方法采用ANSYS有限元软件建立部分端板连接梁柱组合节点模型,与已有试验数据对比验证其模拟的可靠性.对部分端板连接梁柱组合节点进行参数分析,研究节点弯矩与转角之间的关系,探讨抗弯承载力的计算方法.结果提出了计算节点塑性抗弯承载力的精确计算方法,该方法的计算结果与有限元分析结果基本一致,相对误差小于10%,计算方法的精度优于欧洲规范计算方法.结论新方法能很好计算部分端板连接钢框架组合节点塑性抗弯承载力,可为制定相关规范提供借鉴.

Abstract:By elastic-plastic analysis on models of partial depth endplates beam-column composite connection, a new calculating method of bending resistance was established. Finite element analysis was performed by using the ANSYS computer program. The veracity and precision of such FEM model were proved by the comparison between calculated results and experimental results. By changing different parameters, the relations between bending moment and the angle of rotation and the failure mode were discussed. The exact calculating methods of bending resistance of connections were established on the basis of the determining capability of the joints. Then the simplified calculating method was also proposed. The results show that the calculating results by exact calculating methods are almost the same with the FEM analysis results and the relative error rate is less than 10%. The calculated methods provided in this paper can predict the plastic bending strength of the connections very well. It can be used for reference in constituting some criterions in the future.
