| 摘 要： | 随着ERP的不断发展和制造企业的广泛应用,煤炭企业也开始实施ERP,但由于煤炭企业的特殊性,很多煤炭企业ERP实施效果并不理想。故本文在对煤炭企业实施ERP的必要性和特殊性进行分析的基础上,列出煤炭企业实施ERP的主要目标和具体实施要点,指出了我国煤炭企业全面实施ERP之路。

| Abstract: | With the development and widespread applications in manufacturing of ERP, coal enterprises have implemented ERP. Because of coal enterprises' the particularity, many coal implemented ERP not very well. So the paper lists the main goals and implementation points of implementing ERP and points out the way of Coal enterprises Implementing ERP comprehensively based analyzing the necessity and the particularity of implementing ERP. |
