滚动轴承局部故障的特征倍频诊断方法

摘    要:建立了以故障特征倍频为基础的分析方法,以诊断滚动轴承局部故障。此方法引入故障特征倍频代替目前普遍应用的故障特征频率,在计算故障特征参数的时候剔除转速的影响,将不同转速下的故障判断标准统一起来,用几个确定参数来表征滚动轴承主要的局部故障类型,进而建立起能够综合分析不同转速下的故障信号的包络谱阵分析方法。依据轴承故障冲击振动包络频谱的本质分布形态,采用故障特征倍频背景,为数据分析和故障判断提供了直观、准确的参考。在实验中的应用表明,利用该方法诊断滚动轴承局部故障简捷有效。

Abstract:In order to diagnose local defects in a rolling element bearing,a new approach is developed,based on the defect characteristic frequencies multiplication.The characteristic defect octave frequencies,which are determined by bearing geometry and don't vary with rotational speed,are introduced to replace the characteristic defect frequencies.Therefore defect feature at different rotational speed is uniformed and envelope spectrum array is established.Moreover,based on characteristic defect octave frequencies,the reference lines in envelope spectrums are advantageous to analyse and diagnose.An experimentation with defect bearings shows that this approach is an effective and short-cut method.
