| 摘 要： | 阐述了框架结构抗震设计要符合概念设计，才能保证具有良好的廷性。介绍了砖砌体和构造柱组合墙工作原理，指出限制构造柱间距是保证墙体“大震不倒”的有效措施，阐明了配筋砌块砌体是发展高层砌体建筑的方向。

| Abstract: | The frame construction assures to have the good ductility when its seismic design accord with the conceptual design. It indicates the limitation of constructive intercolumniation is a available measure assuring the wall out collapse when the earthquake occurs. It illuminates the distributed steel masonry construction is the orientation of the high-rise building development. |
