| Abstract: | There is not sustainable development in the static protect mode to the historic district in our country. The historic district must be conserved dynamically in order to be renewed. The dynamic factor in dynamic conservation of the historic district may be carried out in the value net. the formulation of conservation plan and the use of historic building. |
