| 摘 要： | 本文将零惯量数学根据加续畦灌田面水流推进曲线确定的间歇入渗模型的结合建立了波涌畦灌田面水流运动的零惯量数学模型，提出了波涌畦灌灌水技术要素的设计方法，依此对灌水方案进行初步设计，然后应用模拟优化技术对波涌畦灌技术要素组合进行模拟－－优化设计，最后以陕西泾惠渠区实际资料为例求得了波涌畦灌水技术要素的优化组合。

| Abstract: | The zero-Inertia mathmatical model is combined with the cycle-ratio surge Infiltration model to establish the zero-Inertia model for surge flow border Irrigation. On this basis,the design method for technical parameters is proposed and the optimization of the combination of the parameters is investigated. An example is given for demonstration. |
