金属爆炸复合材料中的显微硬度

摘    要:爆炸复合材料内界面开始基体内部金属发生了也强到弱的塑性变形,这种规律的变形与爆炸焊接工艺参数有关,而且还决定着这类材料的结合强度和使用性能,也是金属爆炸焊接能量转换和结合的基础,描述此塑性变形规律的研究能够相应地用由高到低的显微硬度值来量度。

Abstract:Plastic deformation occured in explosive composite materials from strength to weakness, which started from the interface to the inside of substrate material body. This regular deformation had relation with the technology parameters of explosive welding, and it directly effected the combining strength of the material and its properties in service. This deformation was the base of metal energy transformation and metallurgy combination. We could measure the regularity of plastic deform by the values of microhardness which were from high to low.
