网络制造模式下质量工具集成的研究与应用

针对现在网络制造模式下持续质量改进过程中存在的问题,分析了常用质量工具之间的关系,提出了质量工具的集成模型,给出了一个通用型网络化集成质量管理系统(IQMS)的体系结构,设计并开发了网络化制造模式下的集成质量管理系统,并将其应用于某起重设备公司的产品设计与制造过程的质量持续改进之中。结果表明,应用IQMS系统不仅可以优化设计或制造过程,而且可以有效缩短产品设计周期,降低成本,实现了质量的持续改进。

Study and Application on the Integration of Quality Tools Based on Networked Manufacturing

Aiming at the existing problem in the course of continuous quality improvement(CQI) based on networked manufacturing,the relationships among common quality tools were analyzed such as QFD,TRIZ,FMEA,DOE,VE and SPC,the integrated model for quality tools was presented,a general system architecture of net-based integrated quality management system(IQMS) was given,and IQMS based on networked manufacturing was designed and developed.IQMS was applied to the process of product design and manufacturing for the crane equipment company to improve quality continuously,and the result shows that the application of IQMS can optimize the process of design and manufacturing,shorten the cycle time of product,reduce the cost,and realize quality improvement continuously efficiently and effectively.
