宽温度范围声表面波标签温度补偿的研究

摘    要:大容量延迟线型声表面波(SAW)标签除需利用回波时延,还需利用回波的载波相位进行编码,而回波载波相位会受温度的影响而发生变化。在实际应用中必须对回波相位进行温度补偿。因此,该文提出了一种基于3根标准温度反射栅的设计及实际温度补偿过程中温度补偿系数的确定方法,并讨论了相位测量误差对温度补偿适用范围及温度补偿精度的影响。

Abstract:The delay line surface acoustic wave label with large capacity based on coding scheme of TOPPS needs to encode using the phase of carrier, but the phase of carrier will be influenced by the change of temperature. In the practical application phase temperature compensation to phase of carrier must be carried out. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a design method based on three standard temperature reflecting gratings and the method to determine the coefficient of temperature compensation in actual temperature compensation process.The influence of phase measuring error on the applicable scope and accuracy of temperature compensation is also discussed.
