“十一五”我国硫酸工业回顾及“十二五”展望（三）——硫铁矿生产与硫铁矿制酸

2010年我国硫铁矿产能约16000kt/a以w（S）35%标矿计],产量为15128.3kt,2006—2010年国内硫铁矿产量年均增长率为5.7%。2010年硫铁矿制酸产能为19000kt/a,产量为17720kt,2006—2010年硫铁矿制酸产量年均增长率为1.9%。＂十一五＂期间通过消化吸收和自主创新,我国硫铁矿制酸技术装备水平不断提升,在装置大型化、节能与热能回收利用、污染物减排、资源综合利用等方面取得了不俗的成绩,有效推进了硫酸工业的节能减排和循环经济发展。预测到＂十二五＂末期我国硫铁矿制酸产能将达到20000～22000kt/a,产量约16000kt/a,铁精粉产量有望达到4000kt/a。对今后加快淘汰落后产能、推广节能减排技术、促进资源综合利用、加强中、低温位热能回收利用等提出一些建议。
