炭黑对丁苯橡胶磨耗性能的影响

摘    要:以丁苯橡胶基础配方为依据,研究了炭黑种类及用量、老化时间对溶聚丁苯橡胶T2000R和乳聚丁苯橡胶1502阿克隆磨耗和DIN磨耗性能的影响。结果表明:炭黑用鲑对硫化胶阿克隆磨耗有较大影响。而对DIN磨耗影响较小;炭黑粒径越小。硫化胶耐磨性能越好。随着老化时间的延长.硫化胶阿克隆耐磨性能先提高后下降。而DIN耐磨性能则随老化时间的延长而下降。

Abstract:Based on the fundamental formula of SBR,the effects of carbon black types and dosage,the aging time on the Akron and DIN abrasion resistance of SSBRT2000R and ESBR1502 were studied,respectively. The results showed that carbon black fraction could improve the Akron abrasion resistance of vulcanizates,decrease DIN abrasion resistance. No matter Akron or DIN abrasion, the abrasion resistance increased with the decrease of the size of carbon black. The Akron abrasion resistance of vulcanizates increased firstly, and then decreased with prolongation of the aging time. As for DIN abrasion, the abrasion resistance deteriorated with prolongation of the aging time.
