| Abstract: | It discusses the trend of internatioal VLSI development, by listing seven sorts of new IC technologies needed to be studied in the 21 st century. The important role of VLSI in military equipment, and the future strategies of U.S.A, Europe, Japan, and Korean for developing IC technology are presented. The main products and production status of IC manufacturers in U.S.A, Europe, Japan and Korean are introduced. |
