我国有机中间体合成技术现状和发展

摘    要:我国各种精细化学品用有机中间体的产量约90万t/a,出口量约40万t/a。本文对对氨基苯酚、对氨基苯胺、DSD酸、洋茉莉醛等10个重要的有机中间体的国内外合成技术进行了比较,并介绍4种典型的绿色制造技术,分别是:催化技术、高收率低污染技术、天然加工技术以及采用无害且可再生的原料。作者指出这些绿色制造技术将污染消灭在有机中间体的合成过程中,是从根本上治理污染的方法之一,而且可收到提质降耗的效果,代表了有机中间体的技术发展趋势。

Abstract:The total output of organic intermediates in China is about 900,000 t/a, import about 400,000t/a. This article compares the foreign synthesis technology with domestic one of about 10 kinds of organic intermediates, including p-aminophe-nol, p-aminoaniline, DSD-acid, and heliotropin etc. , and introduced 4 typical environmentally-friendly manufacturing technologies, i.e. catalytic technology, high-yield low-pollution technology , processing of natural materials and technology based on reproducible raw material. The author has pointed out that these green manufacturing technologies are the radical methods to a-void pollution by eliminating it in the process of synthesis of organic intermediates, at the same time, they can improve product quality and lower cost, representing the development trend of organic intermediate manufacturing technology.
