三峡工程建成后长江中下游防洪形势及对策

三峡工程是长江流域治理开发的关键性工程。三峡工程建成后长江中下游特别是荆江防洪形势将会发生根本性的改善。但由于长江洪水范围广,峰高量大,部分地区防洪形势仍然严峻。此外,三峡工程蓄水运用后,清水下泄将引起长江中下游河道冲淤变化,导致蓄泄关系、江湖关系发生变化,对防洪产生影响。根据目前的研究成果,对三峡工程建成后长江中下游的防洪形势及对策进行了初步研究。

Flood control situation in middle and lower area of the Yangtze river after TGP completion and countermeasures

Three Gorges Project is the backbone project for the Yangtze river basin development and harnessing.After completion of TGP,the flood control situation of the middle and lower Yangtze river,especially the Jingjiang reach,will be improved radically.But for wide scope of the Yangtze river flood,with high peak and large volume,the flood control situation in partial areas is still severe.In addition,the impoundment of the reservoir and the release of clear water will cause the silting and scouring variation,result in changes of storage and discharge relation and river-lake relation,and influence the flood control situation.According to the research achievements at present,the preliminary research on the flood control situation in middle and lower area of the Yangtze river after TGP completion and countermeasures is carried out.
