| 摘 要： | 结合铝箔实际生产工艺,围绕轧制过程中的工艺影响因素进行分析,指出在合格坯料的前提下,基础油和添加剂的选择和配比、辊系参数设计、张力及速度控制以及板形控制方式对铝箔轧制影响较大;实际生产中,应将轧辊参数设定和轧制油作为工艺控制的重点。

| Abstract: | Combined with the practical process, the paper analyzed the effect factors on the foil production. It pointed out that the foil rolling based on the qualified stock is greatly affected by the selection and the mixed ratio of the base oil and additives, the parameter design for the roll system, tension and speed control, shape control; and it concluded that the roll parameter settings and the rolling oil should be the keys to the process control. |
