| 摘 要： | 针对常用技术评价指标及方法在优化矿山生产能力时具有多解性的缺陷，运用规模经济理论对露天矿山生产能力优化问题进行了分析，提出以露天矿境界内单位储量净现值最大为优化准则，并通过各决策要素间的合理匹配确定矿山的最佳规模。

| Abstract: | It is found that using conventional technical economical evaluation indices method to optimize productive capacity in a surface mine can draw quite different conclusions, so that theory on economy of scale is used to analyze optimization of productive capacity of surface mine and maximum net present value per ton of reserves as criterion is put forward. The optimum size of mine can be defined by rational combination of various decision making factors. |
