摘    要:为开展脉冲功率系统小型化研究,介绍了直线变压器驱动源的工作原理,阐述了其设计思想和关键技术,研制了以脉冲形成网络为初级脉冲形成单元、采用双边对称输入方式的4模块直线变压器驱动源。通过对单模块的试验研究,分析了充电位置对输出电压波形的影响,并进行了优化设计。研究了充电过程中充电电流对磁芯的去磁作用,并根据设计参数进行了模拟计算,结果表明充电电流可使磁芯完全去磁。最后开展了4模块直线变压器驱动源的试验研究,其输出电压幅值约600kV、脉宽约200ns、前沿约52ns(10%~90%),输出功率达数GW,在重频25Hz下工作稳定。与相同输出参数的基于水介质脉冲形成线的直线变压器驱动源相比其尺寸明显减小,说明此直线变压器驱动源的研制促进了脉冲功率源小型化发展。

Abstract:For the miniaturization design of pulse power system,we designed a linear transformer driver(LTD) with bilateral symmetrical input mode using pulse forming network as its primary pulse forming unit,introduced the basic theory and method,and put forward some key technologies in design.Then,we analyzed the influence of charging position of pulse forming line on the output waveform,developed an optimized design,and simulated the charging process by Pspice on the basis of parameters of LTD with four stages.The simulated results showed that the cores were fully demagnetized during the charging procedure,guaranteeing enough volt-second products for the output voltage with high repetition.Finally,we developed a LTD system with four stages which could work steadily at 25 Hz with rising time of 52 ns,voltage of 600 kV,width of 220 ns and power of several GW.Comparison of the former LTD with water-dielectric helix line reveals that the new device was smaller,which could promote the development of pulse power equipment.
