| 摘 要： | 叙述了用ZA27合金采用液态模锻工艺生产圆环零件的研究,确定了ZA27合金液态模锻最佳工艺参数,对常规铸造件和液态模锻件组织特征进行了对比分析。结果表明:液态模锻工艺生产的零件机械性能优于常规铸造件。

| Abstract: | Research on the production of circular ring part by liquid forging technology with the material of ZA27alloy was stated.Optimal technological parameter of this method was determined.The results show that the mechanical property of parts made by liquid forging technology had superiority over that by routine casting. |
