异氰酸酯增稠端羧基不饱和聚酯的研究

摘    要:由端羧基不饱和聚酯和乙醇胺制备聚酯的羧酸复盐,以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为增稠剂对其进行增稠.通过树脂的粘度变化、羟值变化和红外光谱分析对这种新型增稠体系的增稠性能和增稠机理进行了研究.结果表明,-NCO基团与羧酸复盐上的羟基反应形成氨基甲酸酯而增稠,增稠效果与增稠剂用量和增稠温度有关.

Abstract:The Carboxyl-terminated unsaturated polyester and ethanolamine were used to pre- pare the resinate of unsaturated polyester. This resinate was thickened by 2, 4-toluene diisocyanate (TDI). By means of the changes of hydrol value, the analysis of infrared,spectrum, the thickening properties and mechanisrns have been studied. And the results show that the thick- ening mechanism is an amino formate group was formed during the reaction between the -NCO and -OH in the resinate of unsaturated polyester. The thickening behavior is affected by the content of the thickener and the thickening temperature.
