| 摘 要： | 从目前世界油脂生产的状况，综述了油脂在非食用方面应用的重要性和数量、比例等，并对油脂直接非食用使用、改性油脂、油脂分解产物及油脂化学产品的应用现状和发展趋势作了进一步的介绍。对我国重视开发这方面的产品提出了一些建议。
