稀土对复合处理渗层热疲劳性能的影响

摘    要:进行了稀土对4Cr5MoSiVl钢硫氮碳共渗加氧化复合处理渗层热疲劳性能影响的研究结果表明,添加稀土的渗层比未添加稀土的热疲劳性能有显著提高。

Abstract:Effect of rare earth elements to 4Cr5MoSiVl steel on thermal fatigue behavior of sulph nitrocarburized and oxidized compound layer have been studied.The results show that the composite thermal treatment added rare earth elements can make the reciprocal value of length of the main craze(1/L)under thermal fatigue increace 70%,the number of crazes decreace greatly ,the distribution of crazes improve obviously and the thermal fatigue behavior of the diffusion layer modify evidently than the composite treatment without rare earth.
