Existing Problems and Improvement Measures of the Crude Benzene Washing and Eluting Process in Coking Industry

The existing problems of the washing and eluting crude benzene process in the coking industry was introduced.In order to increase the recovery rate of crude benzene,improve the product quality and production stability,and reduce steam consumption,six effective measures had been taken,which include: improving the cleaning process of the final cooling tower,using an efficient and new type of packing in the wash benzene tower and an efficient and new type of VST in the benzene removal tower,increasing the amount of circulation of the washing oil,changing the oil-rich regeneration to depleted oil regeneration,increasing the oil heat exchanging area.
