精甲醇及MTO级甲醇精馏工艺技术进展

摘    要:重点介绍了甲醇精馏工艺中双塔和三塔精馏流程,对比了两种工艺的投资消耗,为甲醇生产企业的精馏流程节能减耗提供参考。此外,对发展前景较好的甲醇制烯烃(MTO)产业,针对MTO级甲醇在原料方面的特殊要求,对MTO级甲醇精馏工艺进行了详细描述,以期对甲醇制烯烃(MTO)产业提供技术支持。

Abstract:The two-tower and three-tower methanol distillation processes were studied and both the investment and consumption of the two processes were compared,so as to provide a reference of energy conservation and consumption reduction for methanol producers.In addition,for methanol to olefins(MTO) industry which has a good prospect of development,the special requirements of the MTO grade methanol distillation in respect of raw materials was presented,and the process of MTO grade methanol distillation was described in detail,which can be deemed as a technical support for the methanol to olefins(MTO) industry.
