| Abstract: | The scaling causes of the high temperature gas scrubbing system of the opposed-type 4-burner gasifier and the measures for dispersion and scale inhibit were analyzed.The effect and dosage of two different inhibitors in the ash-containing water were introduced.Comparisons of the total consumption and cost were made.By adopting the dispersion and scale inhibitors,the time of scaling was much extended.The production cost was brought down,and so was the work load of the workers. |
