| 摘 要： | 介绍了城市应急联动系统在国内外的建设情况，分析了国内城市应急联动系统存在的问题．应用CORBA技术．在ACE／TAO架构基础上开发了智能应用平台，有效解决了现有城市应急联动系统中信息处理瓶颈的问题，并对该平台在其他方面的应用进行了介绍．

| Abstract: | At present, the application research of city emergency response system becomes a hotspot. Through introducing the construetion status of city integrated emergency response system both in China and overseas, this article analyzes the existing problems of domestic city integrated emergency response system. The author holds that the present bottleneck problem, i.e. information process in city integrated emergency response system, can be effectively solved by applying CORBA technology and the intelligent application platform which is developed based on ACE/TAO structure. Meanwhile, this article gives a relevant introduction to the application of this platform in other aspects. |
