| 摘 要： | 针对县市石油公司企业基础管理工作的实际和与中国石化集团公司要求的差距,对今后工作进行了认真思考:做好县市石油公司的经营管理工作要以提高认识、转变观念为重点,提升基础管理工作在企业中的地位;以规范资金、费用、投资管理为重点,解决财务及投资管理的问题;以达标创星工作为重点,解决加油站规范化管理薄弱的问题;以规范经营行为为重点,加强业务管理中的薄弱环节;以规范营销基础工作为重点,加强营销管理中的薄弱环节;以规范绩效考核为重点,解决分配激励机制中存在的问题;以落实安全生产责任制为重点,加强安全管理工作中的薄弱环节;坚持以人为本,解决制约企业发展的人才去留的问题。

| Abstract: | Country and city oil companies should give priority to conception transition in order to enhance management. The companies can solve financial and investment problems through normalizing capital, expense, investment control, solve business management problems through normalizing operation. Through normalizing various foundation management, the companies can solve problems existing in marketing, incentive system, safety management and human resources. |
