北京奥运会老山自行车馆柱脚铸钢节点试验研究

摘    要:为考察2008北京奥运会老山自行车馆柱脚铸钢节点在不同工况作用下的受力性能和转动性能,本文对该铸钢节点及其人字柱短管进行了足尺试验和有限元数值分析。试验借助一根箱型截面分配梁,巧妙地实现了设计要求的4种加载工况;并重点考察了铸钢节点在各种荷载工况下的受力性能和变形。通过现场跟踪测试,得到铸钢节点表面应变的测试值;运用ABAQUS有限元软件对铸钢节点进行了弹性分析,着重模拟了铸钢节点各部件间的接触关系,得到了节点的应力值。铸钢节点试验与有限元分析结果表明,老山自行车馆柱脚所采用的球铰式节点具有较好的转动性能,且在设计荷载作用下是安全的。

Abstract:Experimental study on the cast-steel articulated joint to be used in the Laoshan Velodrome for Beijing Olympics has been carried out.The structural behavior of the joint under various loading conditions was evaluated by both static full-scale experiment and FEM analysis.By utilizing a well-designed spreader beam,four load cases complying with the design requirement were successfully applied to the joint to investigate its load-bearing capacity and rotation performance.Elastic analysis was carried out with the aid of general-purpose FEM package ABAQUS,which focused on the contact relations between different parts of the joint.The stress results from the FEM calculation agreed well with the experimental results.Based on the validated FEM model,evaluation of structural behavior of the cast steel articulated joint was finally presented.The experimental and FE analysis results show that the cast-steel joint has good rotation performance and is safe under design loads.
