预载、加载、保载时间与洛氏硬度值关系的探索

针对标准中对硬度测试过程的预载、加载、保载时间的规定,分别设计不同的预载、加载和保载时间的组合,旨在了解不同的组合是否对试验室常用的两种洛氏硬度标尺的试验数据有影响。本试验选用了试验室能取到的三种不同大小的硬度试样,分别进行不同时间组合的HRB和HRF测试,通过对试验数据的汇总、分析和比较,发现在没有预载的情况下,洛氏硬度的试验结果受加载和保载时间影响较大;有预载时,加载、保载时间的长短对试验结果影响不大。

Descussion on Pre-load,Load,Keeping Time and the Result of Rockwell Hardness Test's Relationship
