| Abstract: | SAR image simulation is a technology that simulates SAR image features or SAR system working process on a computer platform to obtain a simulated SAR image. It overcomes the shortcomings of high cost and long period of acquiring different parameter SAR images from real SAR system, and plays an important role in SAR system development and algorithm verification. According to the simulation process, three SAR image simulation methods are introduced, their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed, and their current development status is comprehensively reviewed. Finally, the current problems are analyzed and the development trend in the future is prospected. |
