摘    要:
基于PDCA循环的动态设备用能管理与当下用能现状相结合,运用科学的管理理论和方法对用能进行全过程控制,从能源管理流程规划、实施、检查、处置入手,从事前、事中和事后,将能源管理与设备运行管理集成,对用能实现全过程控制,并形成闭环。旨在规范设备能源使用,建立高效的能耗控制和管理体制,以实现持续改进的能耗预警和能源使用优化,最终达到保证安全和舒适度前提下的延长设备使用寿命、减少维修成本、降低用能开支的目的。同时建立能耗预警机制,指导合理用能,将人均能耗控制在合理范围内,使设备用能管理逐步走向标准化、规范化、科学化。

Abstract:
The dynamic equipment energy management based on PDCA cycle is combined with the current situation of energy consumption.Scientific management theory and method are used to control the whole process of energy consumption.Starting from the planning,implementation,inspection and disposal of energy management process,the energy management and equipment operation management are integrated before,during and after the operation,so as to realize the whole process control of energy consumption and form a closed loop.It aims at standardizing the energy use of equipment,establishing efficient energy consumption control and management system,so as to realize continuous improvement of energy consumption warning and energy use optimization,and ultimately achieve the purpose of prolonging equipment service life,reducing maintenance cost and reducing energy consumption expenditure under the premise of ensuring safety and comfort.At the same time,the energy consumption early warning mechanism should be established to guide the rational use of energy,and the per capita energy consumption should be controlled within a reasonable range,so as to gradually standardize,standardize and scientifically manage the energy consumption of equipment.
