传统生物脱氮除磷工艺存在碳源竞争、溶解氧需求大和菌群结构竞争等诸多问题,反硝化同步脱氮除磷能够在缺氧条件下以硝酸盐为电子受体,在脱氮的同时进行超量聚磷,实现氮磷同步去除,具有节约碳源、能源、污泥产量低等优点,符合污水处理工艺节能减排的绿色发展理念.反硝化聚磷污泥的驯化是运行反硝化同步脱氮除磷工艺的前提,文中综述了一步法...

Abstract:
Traditional biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal process has many problems such as carbon source competition,high demand for dissolved oxygen,and structural competition in bacterial communities.Denitrifying phosphorus removal technology can use nitrate as the electron acceptor under anoxic conditions and carry out excessive phosphorus accumulation while denitrifying.Excessive phosphorus accumulation and simultaneous removal of nitrogen have the advantages of saving carbon sources,energy,and low sludge output,which is in line with green development concept of energy-saving and emission reduction for wastewater treatment processes.Enrichment and acclimation of denitrifying phosphorus accumulating organisms is a prerequisite for the operation of denitrifying phosphorus removal process.This article reviews three main acclimation methods,including one-step method,two-step method,and threestep method.One-step acclimation method has the characteristics of convenient operation and short domestication time.Recommended range of temperature,p H value,carbon source type and concentration,electron acceptor type and concentration,mixed liquor suspended solids,and sludge retention time have been summed up.Meanwhile,mechanism of influencing factors,such as carbon source,electron acceptor,is still insufficient,and needs to be furtherly researched in-depth.
