漏磁检测技术在某油库油罐防腐检测中的应用

摘    要:本文通过漏磁检测原理在油罐检测中的应用,对油罐底板的腐蚀进行检测,并结合3座储罐的沉积水化验结果。检测结果表明:该技术可靠,值得应用推广,3座油罐底板腐蚀情况都严重,1、2号油罐的底板腐蚀比3号重。该检测技术为储罐维修提供了依据。

Abstract:In this paper,through the application of magnetic flux leakage testing principle in oil tank inspection in our company,the corrosion of oil tank bottom plate is detected,Combined with the test results of deposited water of three storage tanks.The test results show that the technology is reliable and worth popularizing,The corrosion of the bottom plates of the three oil tanks is serious.The corrosion of the bottom plates of No.1 and No.2 oil tanks is more serious than that of the No.3 oil tanks.The detection technology provides a basis for tank maintenance.
