| 摘 要： | 行政约谈是一种新兴的行政执法方式。扬州市工业和信息化局通过对行政约谈制度起源和含义的研究,结合节能监察工作的特点和难点,出台了《扬州市用能单位节能违法违规行为约谈实施办法》,规范了节能领域行政约谈常见的情形、操作的流程、结果的应用等,在执法实践中取得了较好的效果。
