分户计量供热系统的调节

分户计量供热系统的热源无法预知并独立控制流量的变化,其调节方法不同于传统的供热系统。本文通过对供热调节基本公式的分析,给出了分户计量供热系统调节的被控参数,结合算例计算出了供回水温度和相对流量、绘制了调节曲线,并给出了用户调节的方法,指出在分户计量供热系统调节中必须重视热源和用户调节的相互协调。

Adjustment of Individual Household Heat Metering systems

The flow rates of individual household heat metering systems can't be predicted and be controlled by the heat source independently,and adjustment methods of the systems are different from traditional heating systems.The regulated quantity of individual household heat metering systems was selected based on analysis of the fundamental adjustment formulas of heating systems.Relative flow rates and temperatures of supply and return water were calculated and adjustment curves were plotted with the calculating examples.Some adjustment methods of heat consumers were put forward.It was pointed out that the heat source and heat consumers should coordinate with each other in the process of adjustment.
