摘    要:介绍了用于1.54μm激光发射的Er3 /Yb3 共掺激光材料的发展,并着重介绍了Er3 /Yb3 共掺磷酸盐玻璃的光谱性质,及其在玻璃激光器、光纤激光器、光纤放大器以及光波导中的应用.最后,对Er3 /Yb3 共掺磷酸盐玻璃材料的发展前景作了展望.

Abstract:Er3+/Yb3+ co-doped glass laser and fiber laser are important ways to realize 1.54 μm laser emission. The development of Er3+/Yb3+ co-doped materials is reviewed. Spectra properties of Er3+/Yb3+ co-doped phosphate glass and the applications on laser devices, fiber lasers, fiber amplifiers, and wave-guides are introduced. The outlook for developments of Er3+/Yb3+ co-doped phosphate glass is also given.
