智能代理方法作为分布式人工智能的重要组成部分,被认为可能成为一类具有时间、空间或功能分布性的系统提供建模、分析和控制的方法。它具有广阔的应用前景,尤其在具有分布性和要求协作的环境中。由于高校办公过程中重复工作较烦琐、琐屑工作易疏漏等弊端和风险,加之现代信息社会网络化和智能化趋势的突飞猛进,因此研究智能办公自动化系统就成为一件迫不及待而且富有意义的工作。

The Study on Intelligent Agent Application in University Office Automation System

As an emerging of distributed artificial intelligence, the intelligent agent technology is believed to provide a new method for the modeling, analysis and control of a category of systems which are chronically, spaciously or functionally distributed. The intelligent agent technology maybe widely deployed, especially in the distributive and cooperative environment. Because malpractice and risks in University Office Automation handing work procedure as heavy repeated or trivial and prone to be omitted work should be eliminated. Additionally, the rapid development of modern information society which features network and intelligence has brought a challenge for current Office Automation Systems, thus some research on intelligent Office Automation Systems becomes an urgent and meaningful job.
