摘    要:采用液-固-溶液法(LSS法)制备了CaF2纳米粉体,通过X射线衍射分析(XRD)测试手段对纳米粉体进行了性能表征,研究了水热合成温度及水热压力对于粉体质量的影响;当水热合成温度为160℃,填充比为70%时,制得的CaF2纳米粉体的质量更佳。采用坩埚下降法,制备出了位错少,红外透过率大于90%,在紫外到中红外范围内折射率随波长的变化率小,光密度小于0.1,且上下波动范围较小的CaF2光学晶体。通过显微镜、XRD、红外和紫外分光光度计等测试手段对CaF2晶体的物相结构、光学性能及晶体表面性能进行了表征。

Abstract:The CaF2 nano-powder was prepared by the Liquid-Solid-Solution (LSS) method. The nanopowder were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer instruments,the quality influence of the hydrothermal temperature and hydrothermal re-action pressure on the powder had been sdudied. When the hydrothermal synthesis temperature is 160 and filling ratio of 70%,the quality of the preparation of CaF2 nano powder is better.The CaF2 optical crystal with less dislocation,in the ultraviolet to infrared range through rate is greater than 90%,the rate of change of refractive index with the wave-length is tiny,optical density is less than 0.1 and the fluctuating range is smaller was grown by the Bridgman method. Through a microscope,XRD,ir and uv spectrophotometer testing means such as phase of CaF2 crystal structure,opti-cal properties and crystal surface properties have been characterized.
