褐煤流动阻力特性数值及实验研究

摘    要:采用SIMPLE算法和Eulerian模型,以10 mm小颗粒褐煤为例,对气固两相流动的阻力特性进行了数值模拟.分析了阻力变化对流量的影响,搭建了两相流动实验平台,并对试验和数值模拟结果进行了对比分析,对研究发生炉内的流动特性具有一定的理论参考价值.

Abstract:With SIMPLE algorithm and Eulerian model,taking lignite particles of 10 mm as an example,a numeric simulation on G-S 2-phases flow drag characteristic was carried out.The effects of flow drag on flow were analyzed,experiment platform of G-S two phases flow was built,and the results were compared and analyzed,which will provide a theoretical guide for studying furnace flow drag characteristic.
